REHABILITATION OF THE PALACE OF THE COUNTS OF SANTA ANA IN LUCENA (CORDOBA). SPAIN

The Palace of the Counts of Santa Ana, mid-18th century, is restored to Museum of the city of Lucena (Córdoba) in 2011.

alba ceacero architects made the project  and the construction management , it was one of his first works where the BIM technology was applied to a rehabilitation project. As a result were able to perform a difficult fit of all the facilities in the building ensuring its implementation and get to hide them and respecting all the original interior spaces (ceilings, coffered ceilings, original floors…)
